Shashank is an expert in emerging tech policies and has served on several national and international committees, including the Ministry of Defense’s National Taskforce on AI, and the International Panel on Regulation of Autonomous Weapons. He previously worked at Prosus, a leading global VC, and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, India. Shashank is an alumnus of NLSIU, Bengaluru and the Fletcher School, Tufts University.

Dr. C Raja Mohan is India’s leading foreign policy and international relations expert. He is currently Senior Fellow at the Asia Society Policy Institute, and a contributing editor on international affairs for the Indian Express. He was also a member of the National Security Advisory Board, and was the Director of the Institute of South Asia Studies, National University of Singapore.

Shruti Mittal is a lawyer and holds a postgraduate degree of law from O.P. Jindal Global University. She also qualified the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2022. Her research interests include emerging tech, AI regulation, digital inclusivity, data protection, and gaming law.

Kartik is an independent development expert based in Geneva, Switzerland
and consults  in the areas of climate change, water supply, sanitation, health and hygiene, education, circular economy, and waste management. He is a graduate of NLU, Delhi and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. Formerly, he has worked with KPMG and Grant Thornton in India, advising local, and state govts., and national ministries and departments.
