Dr. C Raja Mohan is India’s leading foreign policy and international relations expert. He is currently Korea Chair at the Council for Strategic and Defence Research, New Delhi and a contributing editor on international affairs for the Indian Express. He was also a member of the National Security Advisory Board, and was the Director of the Institute of South Asia Studies, National University of Singapore.


Dr. Anup Wadhawan retired as Secretary, Ministry of Commerce & 
Industry, Government of India, where he was in charge of designing and 
implementing India’s trade and investment policies. During his long and 
distinguished career in government service, Dr. Wadhawan has worked in
the Departments of Economic Affairs, Financial Services, and the Prime 
Minister’s Office.

Shubham has a background in economics, specializing in behavioural economics. He holds a Master’s degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam and brings strong quantitative and analytical skills to his work in empirical research, strategic communication, and public policy evaluation.

Kartik is an independent development expert based in Geneva, Switzerland and consults  in the areas of climate change, water supply, sanitation, health and hygiene, education, circular economy, and waste management. He is a graduate of NLU, Delhi and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. Formerly, he has worked with KPMG and Grant Thornton in India, advising local, and state govts., and national ministries and departments.

Taarika Singh is a PhD-trained interdisciplinary researcher and policy consultant with 8+ years of experience advancing equity across education, digital ecosystems, and gender. Taarika brings a deep commitment to intersectional analysis, participatory research, and translating complex data into actionable policy. She has worked across Asia, the UK, and Europe, and is passionate about building forward-looking, cross-sector solutions for inclusive governance and rights-based policy innovation.
